What we collect

When you use our contact form we receive the details you enter (name, email, optional phone and company, and your message). We use them only to answer you and, for wholesale requests, to prepare a quote. We do not sell your information.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. If analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta pixel) are enabled, they use cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Purchases

Keriko products are sold through Amazon and capsucup.com. Orders placed there are governed by that store's own privacy notice; we receive only the order information it shares with the seller.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact messages for up to 12 months. To access or delete your information, email hello@capsucup.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
